DEVOTED TO HIS DUTY, OF AN AMIABLE AND CHEERFUL DISPOSITION, HE WAS BELOVED BY HIS BROTHER OFFICERS BY WHOM THE TWO ADJOINING WINDOWS HAVE BEEN ERECTED
