    Art-Deco-style rectangular black board attached to a black backboard; the inscription is in white-painted lettering. At top-centre of the main board is a small square board with a GVIR Metropolitan Police Badge attached. (N.B. Z Division was formed in 1921, following a reorganisation of the Metropolitan Police Divisions and their areas).

    13/2/2021: Photo kindly supplied to IWM by Kenley Memorial Hall, in which the memorial can clearly be seen to be in good condition./ Aug 2014: Information received that the memorial has now been saved and moved into Kenley Memorial Hall./ Date Unknown: Memorial feared unlikely to survive if a new police station is built./
