    Description
    A framed parchment in three sections. At the top an inscription; below that a list of those who served (in three columns), below that a further inscription and a list of additional people who died (also in three columns). The chamfered frame is in oak and glazed. Horizontal oak bars separate the three sections beneath the glass. All lettering is in black italic on white parchment except the dedication which is in Roman.

    TO THE GLORY OF GOD/AND IN HONOUR OF THE MEN OF/THIS PARISH AND CONGREGATION/OF ALL SAINTS KENLEY WHO AT/THE CALL OF KING AND COUNTRY/LEFT ALL THAT WAS DEAR TO THEM FACED DAN-/GER AND ENDURED HARDSHIP IN THE GREAT WAR/1914-1918/[174 NAMES OF THOSE WHO SERVED]/AND IN MEMORY OF THOSE WHO FINALLY PASSED OUT OF/THE SIGHT OF MEN BY THE PATH OF DUTY, SELF SACRIFICE/[24 NAMES OF THOSE KILLED]
