Description: Oak Lych gate on freestone base with roof of grey slates. Sandstone plaque on left (east side) records names from 1914-18. The plaque on right (west side) records the single name from 1939-45. On the 1939-45 plaque, the two dates appear in the top left and right hand corner respectively. The lettering is in Roman capitals throughout.
Inscription: TABLET, LEFT SIDE: TO THE GLORY OF GOD AND IN EVER AFFECTIONATE/ REMEMBRANCE OF THE FOLLOWING WHO LAID/ DOWN THEIR LIVES IN THE GREAT WAR 1914 - 1918/ (NAMES)/Erected by the Parishioners 1921 TABLET, RIGHT SIDE: 1939 [name] 1945/ Restored 1972 in memory of/Major Jonathan Lee Priestman MC TD
