- Oak Plaque, with cornice over. The centre panel has a dome at centre top, in which is a brass Maltese Cross inside a laurel wreath, raised in half relief, with the words "Roll of" and "Honour" painted on either side. Names are listed in three columns. Lettering is incised in Roman capitals and painted gold.
