    Description
Aberdeen Granite Cross of St. Cuthbert type on tall slightly tapering shaft standing on a square freestone base. The "IHS" symbol is carved above the word "Honoured". The dedication is on the front of the shaft, with the lettering carved to stand proud. The quotation is on the front of the square base. Lettering is a mixture of Old English and elongated Roman capitals. Also, inside the church, on the wall to the right of doorway leading into the vestry is a photograph within a border of black card in a glazed black wooden frame. This shows the war memorial in the middle with photographs of the four men killed in each corner. On the back of the photograph is a hand written message which reads: “This photo was found in a box of oddments bought at a car-boot sale at Crewe and returned to Lambley in 1993”.
