    Wrought iron altar rails and set of carved oak stalls in the chancel, above which sits the accompanying wall-mounted brass plaque, with incised lettering and border of roses, leaves and intertwining briars, with a Latin cross at the top centre. The names are listed in two columns.

    1914 1919/ THE UNDYING MEMORY/ OF ALL THOSE CONNECTED WITH THIS PARISH WHO LAID DOWN THEIR LIVES IN THE GREAT WAR/ (NAMES)/ THEY DIED THAT WE MIGHT LIVE/ In their honour these Chancel Stalls have been erected and the old Altar Rails replaced
