    • FAC1921B/9. Faculty List 1909-1929. University of York : Borthwick Institute. "Appleton Roebuck" .Gives the name of the sculptor as John Henry Plows, Monk Bar, York. The documents for the Faculty include a water-coloured tracing of the cross signed by J.H. Plows, and Plows is named as the sculptor in other attached documents.
