Description: Wall and corbel stone mounted, landscape oriented, black slate backboard supporting a white marble tablet incorporating a heavy apex-headed top rail. Rebate at bottom of tablet. Incised inscriptions and names infilled with black paint.
Inscription: In Loving Memory of / WALTER TALBOT, / FOR 13 YEARS FAITHFUL SERVANT OF THIS CHURCH, / WHO FELL IN ACTION IN FRANCE AUG. 7TH 1917, AGED 37. / Also of / ELI GILLETT, / WHO FELL IN ACTION AUG. 17TH 1918, AGED 38. / "DEATH IS SWALLOWED UP IN VICTORY."
