Description: Wall mounted, portrait oriented, wooden framed, engraved brass plaque. The names of those wounded are prefixed with a red cross and those "on active service" are prefixed by a small square-diamond indent. A single-line border encloses the inscription and names. Border, other dividing lines and crosses infilled with red enamel paint, inscription, names and indents infilled with black enamel paint.
Inscription: IN GRATITUDE TO GOD FOR PEACE AND / VICTORY AFTER THE GREAT WAR 1914 -1919 / WHEREIN 19 MEN FROM / THE PARISH OF STOCKLINCH TOOK PART. / (19 NAMES) / . ON ACTIVE SERVICE. / + WOUNDED.
