TO THE GLORY OF GOD AND IN LOVING MEMORY OF ALBERT ALFRED TIMMS PETTY OFFICER, ROYAL NAVY 1882-1915. HE RE-JOINED FOR THE GREAT WAR AND AFTER TWO YEARS HONOURABLE SERVICE ON BOARD HMS AJAX WAS DISABLED. BORN 13TH APRIL 1866 (?), DIED 10TH AUG 1921. "MAY HIS SOUL REST IN PEACE"
