    • Yorkshire Evening Post - Wednesday 09 May 1923 "MOST REVERED SPOT." MASONIC MEMORIAL UNVEILED IN YORK MINSTER. The memorial takes the form of the preservation of the heraldic window the North Aisle of the Nave, and an inscription cut deeply into the stone panelling of the arcade below the window, recording the fact that it is the gift of the brethren of the Province in memory of their brothers who fell the great war.
