- A rectangular tablet with border of laurel and St George’s Flag, is mounted on the wall. A colourful figure of St George who slays the dragon is on the left side and carved inscription on the right. A regiment badge above inscription, followed by a quotation. Red lettering with roman caps.

- THIS OPERATING THEATRE WAS BUILT/ BY HIS FATHER AND MOTHER/ IN LOVING MEMORY OF THEIR SON/ 2ND LIEUTENANT W.H. SEAGER/ 10TH BATT. SOUTH WALES BORDERERS/ KILLED IN ACTION AT NEUVE CHAPELLE/ FEB. 7TH 1916/ "WHO COMPREHENDS HIS TRUST AND TO THE SAME/ WHO KEEPS FAITHFUL WITH A SINGLENESS OF AIM/ THIS IS THE HAPPY WARRIOR THIS IS HE/ WHOM EVERY MAN IN ARMS SHOULD WISH TO BE."
