Description: White marble tablet with a carved Gloucester Regiment blazer badge on top, surrounded by a border of acanthus leaves, honeysuckle and flowers. Incised inscription dedicated to a Captain Tubbs, black lettering with upper case.
Inscription: IN LOVING MEMORY/ CAPT. SEYMOUR/ BURNELL TUBBS/ GLOUCESTERSHIRE/ REGT. (2ND 5TH) WHO WAS/ KILLED NEAR YPRES/ AUGUST 22ND 1917. AGED/ 23 YEARS. "WHO DIES/ IF ENGLAND LIVE"
