    CLOCK TOWER WITH DEDICATORY PLAQUE ON ONE SIDE WITH WW2 NAMES ABOVE IT. WW1 NAMES ON ANOTHER FACE. SLIT WINDOWS ON EAST AND WEST SIDES. CLOCK ON NORTH AND SOUTH FACES WITH DOOR AT THE BASE OF THE SOUTH SIDE The hour-striking clock, with a Graham dead beat escapement, has 2 bronze skeleton dials, glazed with opal glass, and with gun metal main wheels & a nickel steel pendulum.
