COL LAURENCE GODMAN D.S.O., ROYAL HORSE ARTILLERY, DIED OF WOUNDS 30TH SEPT 1917. HIS GRANDSON CAPT. ARTHUR PETER GODMAN OXFORDSHIRE AND BUCKS LIGHT INFANTRY KILLED IN ACTION 27TH MAY 1940 (EXACT LINE SPACING UNKNOWN)
