- Three-light window the central window featuring St. George. In the other two windows he is flanked by two angels and each window is entitled, from left to right, Justice, Fortitude and Sacrifice. Commemoration is at the base of the windows.

- IN LOVING MEMORY OF JOHN SMYTH SMYTH-OSBOURNE OF ASH DIED 28TH FEBRUARY 1914 AND OF ELIZA COTTON HIS WIFE DIED/ 22ND AUGUST 1923 OF LYDIA FFOULKES HIS SISTER DIED 12TH JANUARY 1924 OF EDWARD HIS SON KILLED IN ACTION 31ST MAY 1916/ AND OF WILFRED HIS YOUNGEST SON KILLED IN ACTION 29TH AUGUST 1915. ERECTED BY THE SURVIVING CHILDREN
