    Description
    Wall mounted, landscape oriented, nowy-headed backboard supporting a brass plaque. Inscription on plaque is in relief and enclosed on three sides by an engraved decorative border band. The letters "VR ER" and crown are set on to the nowy-headed section of the backboard.
