- A cast bronze plaque, with two coloured Norwegian pennants each side of the Norwegian lion at the top. One of a number of plaques and tablets attached to the Portland stone walls of square plinth which stands in a group of Naval memorials along the river wall South of the Mersey Ferries terminal building.
