    Description
    Tall neo-greco tower with clock set in each face. Corner pilasters with mutule frieze and anthemion motif at base. Carved relief of Minerva, Roman goddess of wisdom, with the sword of war broken at her feet above the plinth. Nine tablets with names on the plinth, surmounted by greco-frieze.
