Grassed area surrounded by a hedge and trees with a plaque on a low concrete plinth near the entrance. Open air chapel (23,m x 10.6m) surrounded by beech hedge, inscription plaque mounted on stone. Open air chapel approximately 24 yards long by 11 yards wide surrounded by beech hedge.

THIS CHAPEL IS DEDICATED/TO THE MEMORY OF/THE YOUTH OF RUISLIP/WHO GAVE THEIR LIVES/IN THE SECOND WORLD WAR/1939-1945/THE 1ST RUISLIP SCOUT GROUP/UNDER THEIR FOUNDER DR W MAX WILSON/CONCEIVED THIS IDEA WHICH ALSO/ PERPETUATED THE MEMORY OF/THEIR 20 MEMBERS WHO FELL
