    Description
    Bronze figure of Victory surmounting tapering stone plinth with pedestal and three-stepped base. Pedestal surmounted on 9 and 3 o'clock sides by bronze figures of a soldier and a sailor. Victory holds laurel wreath in raised left hand and palm in lowered right hand. Sailor figure with outstretched arm, holding telescope to right eye. Soldier figure shown standing at ease with kit. Bronze plaque with dedicatory inscription in relief set into 6 o'clock face of plinth base. Wreath depicted in top centre of plaque. Palms in relief laid on top edge of plaque. Bronze plaque on 12 o'clock side of plinth depicts Keighley coat of arms in relief. Whole mounted on raised, paved platform, accessed by four steps. Additional tablet of stone mounted below plaque on 6 o'clock face of pedestal in 2000. Engraved inscription in centre flanked by engraved badges of the Duke of Wellingtons Regiment and the Duke of Wellingtons Regimental Association. Engraved badges of the Royal British Legion depicted in both upper corners.
