    Description
    Three stepped octagonal base surmounted by square base, plinth, tapered column and figure of Victory. The figure stands blowing the trumpet of Fame in one hand and holds a laurel wreath in the other. Wreaths carved in relief at the top of each side of the colum. Coat of arms of the council is carved in relief at the base of the front face of the column.
