- Inscribed sandstone tablet over entrance doorway and inscribed bronze plaque on wall inside church. Bronze plaque set on wooden backboard.

- Tablet: THESE BUILDINGS WERE ERECTED TO THE GLORY OF GOD AND IN MEMORY OF THE BRAVE MEN/ OF OUR CONGREGATION WHO MADE THE SUPREME SACRIFICE IN THE WAR FOR FREEDOM 1914-1919 / LET NO ONE WHO WORSHIPS WITHIN THESE WALLS OR WHO PASSES BY/ FORGET THOSE MAIMED OR SIGHTLESS WHO MUST SUFFER ALL THROUGH LIFE / SAY NOT 'TWAS ALL IN VAIN.' / THE ANGUISH AND THE DARKNESS AND THE STRIFE / LOVE THROWN UOPION THE WATERS COMES AGAIN / IN QUENCHLESS YEARNINGS FOR A NOBLER LIFE / THIS STONE WAS PLACED HERE BY JOHN H ZIEGLER ESQ.
