    Description
    Two-stepped square base surmounted by a tapering two-stage square sectioned plinth, ornate square collar with a tapering square sectioned obelisk. The whole memorial is surrounded by paving and a small garden which is enclosed by low posts and decorative single iron railing with centre twists. In turn, a vertical loop-top metal fence further encloses the area. Leaded inscriptions on upper plinth.
