    Description
    Allegorical figure of Justice Armed in Crusader's armour, with a soldier's cloak and hands crossed on a two-handed sword. Beneath the figure is a chained dragon representing evil conquered. Base area has 8 bollards each with an animal head (lion) holding the chains.
