    Description
    Flush concrete ground platform surmounted by a single-stepped square base, further surmounted by a two stage square plinth comprising a square lower section and concave edged upper section. Rising from the plinth is a two stage tapering square obelisk. Wreath in relief on 6 o'clock lower stage of obelisk. Incised inscriptions on lower stage of obelisk and lower stage of plinth. Whole memorial constructed of Portland stone.
