- A rectangular stained dark wood board , slightly longer about the horizontal axis with a nowy headed top , The board is divided into three panels by four fluted vertical columns of classical appearance . The dedication and names are incised and the lettering darkened .The dedication is in two parts , one part at the top of the centre panel and the second part along the base . The names are in three columns
