Description
Brick clock tower on a three step brick plinth. Whole stands on concrete area with a private hedge surround. Stone panels are mounted on sides with inscription in black.

Clock stopped working in 1961. Clock tower badly damaged by runaway car, restored at a cost covered by car insurance.
