- 2003: parish council are wanting to repair the memorial but cost of faculty that they have been asked to pay might make the cost prohibitive. If that is the case they are thinking of erected a new memorial instead. (information from telephone call) Date unknown: memorial was originally whole but it broke in half. The top half was embedded in the ground with the bottom half behind it.
