Description: Two rectangular tablets, the upper WW1 set in a wooden frame and a gold latin cross at the top. Below is a second rectangular tablet with a gold latin cross at the top and the lettering in black.
Inscription: Tablet 1: IN GRATEFUL REMEMBRANCE/ OF/ (Names)/ WHO AT THE CALL OF DUTY LAID DOWN THEIR/ LIVES FOR KING AND COUNTRY IN THE GREAT WAR/ 1914 - 1919/ THIS TABLET IS PLACED BY THE INHABITANTS OF /ST NICHOLAS AND SARRE/ RIP Tablet 2: IN PROUD AND GRATEFUL/ MEMORY OF THE MEN OF/ THIS PARISH WHO GAVE/ THEIR LIVES IN THE CAUSE/ OF THEIR COUNTRY 1939 - 1945/ (Names)/ CIVILIANS OF THE PARISH WHO/ WERE KILLED BY ENEMY ACTION/ THIS TABLET WAS PLACED BY/ THE PARISHIONERS/ THEIR NAME LIVETH FOR EVERMORE
