    Ex-Servicemen's club on a 5.5 acre site with associated dedicatory plaque held within. Plaque has a wooden frame with inscription in gold lettering on a black background.

    Land purchased in July 1920 from liquidator of Smiths of London Bank. A further small portion of land was purchased from the UDC Dartford on 18/7/1921 for £200.

    Original huts were replaced by new buildings, but the date at which this occurred is unknown.
