    Description
    Two-light stained glass window with associated brass plaque. The window depicts St George and the dragon and Christ. The plaque is in a stone frame with a lintel over. It has a cross between two branches of laurel leaves, on top of the black incised inscription. There is an additional (treble) bell hung in the church tower.

    Window: IhS / In Memoriam 1914 - 1918 Plaque: + / TO THE GLORY OF GOD / IN PROUD MEMORY OF THE MEN OF SPAXTON WHO / GAVE THEIR LIVES AND IN LASTING HONOUR. TO THOSE / WHO SERVED OVER SEAS IN THE GREAT WAR 1914-1918. / THIS TABLET, A SIXTH BELL AND A WINDOW WERE PLACED / IN THIS CHURCH BY GRATEFUL PARISHIONERS. / KILLED IN ACTION / (5 NAMES) / DIED OF WOUNDS / (5 NAMES) / SERVED OVERSEAS / (59 NAMES)
